The 2024-2025 FUFA Big League match day 24 was played on Sunday, 11th May 2025.
A total of seven goals in the six matches played at different venues across the country.
Blacks Power further enlightened their chances of promotion back to the StarTimes Uganda Premier League with a 2-0 home victory over Onduparaka in Lira city.
Baker Buyala, a mid season signing from Kampala regional side CATDA scored a brace in this contest, both goals coming in the second stanza of the game.
The first of Buyala’s goal arrived on the hour mark. The second goal came with 14 minutes to play.

Blacks Power has now played 21 matches, the least of the games for all teams and has 42 points, same as Buhimba United Saints who were held to a non-scoring draw in Gulu by Arua Hill.
Meanwhile, Gaddafi returned to winning ways with a slim 1-0 home victory over Ntugasaze at the Entebbe Works playground.
Former Onduparaka and Vipers’ defender Ahmed Amayo scored the match winner in the 32nd minute.
Gaddafi is third on the table standings with 40 points.

MYDA earned a 1-0 win on the road away to Busoga United at the Kyabazinga stadium in Jina city.
Kataka humbled visiting Calvary 3-0 at the Mbale city stadium. Ali Sentamu recorded a brace and Saul Bukoma had the other goal for the side christened as “Lufumbi”.
Bukoma gave Kataka the lead in the 21st minute with Sentamu’s two goals arriving in the second half.

Kaaro Karungi and Kiyinda Boys shared the spoils in a scoreless stalemate at the Kyamate stadium, Ntungamo district.
Three clubs will be promoted to the StarTimes Uganda Premier League with four clubs demoted to the respective regional leagues.
As it stands, Booma (19), MYDA (20), Kigezi Home Boyz (23) and Busoga United (23) are all in the dangerous relegation red zone.
