Tornado Bee v Kutchi Tigers – Lugogo Oval
- Morning: Kutchi Tigers 123/1 beat Tornado Bee 122/9 by 9 wickets
- Afternoon: Kutchi Tigers 152/3 beat Tornado Bee 149/4 by 7 wickets
Tornado v Patidar – Jinja Oval
- Morning: Tornado 133/8 beat Patidar 109 all out by 24 runs
- Afternoon: Patidar 90 all out beat Tornado 84 all out by 6 runs
Kutchi Tigers closed the gap on Group A leaders Tornado Bee with two dominant winners against them over the weekend at Lugogo Oval.
Tornado Bee added Cricket Cranes batter Roger Mukasa to their line-up but he could not inspire his new teammates against a side chasing a season double. Kutchi Tigers remain in second place but have played a game less than Tornado Bee but both sides are on the same number of points.
Wanderers laid down the gauntlet as challengers of the T20 title with a strong performance against SKLPS. The former winners put SKLPS to the sword with two big wins at the Lakeside Oval in Entebbe.
Suleiman Sharif was the stand-out with bat-in-hand in both games in which he got half-centuries to put the first points on the board for Wanderers. The wins in a very open Group B put Wanderers in a good place to make the knockouts.

Ceylon Lions picked up maximum points against Rounders at home. The hosts boosted their squad with the addition of Cricket Cranes batter Robinson Obuya, a sign of intent from them as they chase some glory this season.
The contributions on the day came from Charles Mushemeza (62 not out) to go with the 31 he got in the morning game. The hosts moved into second place in Group C.
Rounders remain in third same number of points as Ceylon Lions but have two games more.
Tornado and Patidar travelled to Jinja and shared the spoils of the day. Tornado won in the morning game but missed out in the afternoon by just six runs.
Tornado added Cricket Cranes wicketkeeper batter Cyrus Kakuru and batter Ronald Lutaya to the squad as they push for a knockout place.
Patidar edged Tornado in a low-scoring thriller in the afternoon to make sure both sides leave Jinja with some points.
