KCCA FC put up a dominant display to defeat Lugazi FC as the two teams squared off in the penultimate round of the 2024/25 season.
The Kasasiro Boys were ruthless on Wednesday at MTN-Omondi, registering a 5-0 win over visiting Lugazi.
On-form forward Emmanuel Anyama and Brazilian forward Joao Gabriel scoded a brace each while Steven Munguchi added the other goal to complete the rout.
Anyama fired KCCA into the lead in the 27th minute before Gabriel doubled the advantage two minutes later.
The Brazilian once again teammed up with Arafat Usama to get his second goal of the day in the 36th minute as KCCA led comfortably at the break.
Anyama also got his second goal seven minutes after restart, this time being teed up by Gabriel.
Munguchi who came on at the hour mark, put the icing on the cake with his first goal in KCCA colors, scoring just a minute after coming on.
The result leaves KCCA FC in fifth place on 47 points while Lugazi FC stay put in 11th position on 31 points.
