
The Uganda Premier League Secretariat has released the fixtures for the second round of the 2024/25 season.
The League organizers have confirmed the second round will commence on Tuesday, 11th February 2025.
It should be noted that the League was supposed to resume in March 2025 but with the postponement of CHAN, the resumption has been brought forward.
Matchday 15 will begin with Wakiso Giants FC hosting SC Villa and Vipers SC taking on URA FC, both games coming on 11th February.
The following day will have three fixtures with Lugazi facing Police FC, Maroons FC hosting Soltilo Bright Stars FC and Express FC entertaining BUL FC.
Matchday 16 will end on Thursday with Mbarara City FC making a long trip to Mbale to face Mbale Heroes FC, UPDF FC will host Kitara FC while NEC FC will take on KCCA FC in the Lugogo derby.
BUL FC and SC Villa by the time of the release of the second round fixtures were yet to confirm their home grounds.
It should be noted that the agreement between Lugazi FC and BUL FC for the use of the Lugazi Stadium in Najjembe owned by the former expired at the end of last year.
SC Villa on the other hand were hosting their home games at Wankulukuku but the stadium is currently undergoing renovations ahead of CHAN.
The 2024/25 campaign is expected to end on Saturday, 24th May 2025.
