Former Vipers title winning coach Roberto Oliviera Goncalves do Como alias Robertinho has returned to Rwanda’s Rayon Sport.
The Brazilian gaffer who also coached Tanzania’s Simba returns to the club for the forthcoming season which is his second stint at the club.
Robertinho coached the Blues between 2018-2019 and won a league title which they have since failed to reclaim and also guided the team to the quarterfinals of the CAF Confederation Cup before leaving the club for Kenyan outfit Gor Mahia which he coached during the 2020-21 season.
Robertinho succeeds French coach Julien Mette who left the club in June after talks over potential extension of his six-month contract collapsed.
