Following the completion of all group stage matches in Basketball at the 2025 USSSA Ball games one, focus and attention turns to the round of 16 contests.
The matches will be played at the lavish Amus College School basketball courts on Sapir hills, Bukedea district.
Boys:
Reigning champions (boys) Amus College take on dark horses Masaka SS.
St Cyprian High School Kyabakadde is with Entebbe road based Elite High School Bwabajja.
Favourites Buddo SS squares up against Merryland High School Entebbe.
In other contests for the boys, St Joseph’s College Layibi will play Seeta Nama, Mbogo Mixed plays Kibuli SS, Seroma Christian High School battles St Michael International School.
Nyakasura School encounters Gombe SS as Hope SS battles St Balikuddembe Kisoga.
Girls:
Tournament favourites for the girls’ gender St Noa Girls School Zana is up against Gayaza High School.
Tororo Girls is with Seeta Nama, Seroma Christian High School is against Zana Mixed as Naalya SS will lockhorns against Kibuli SS.
Meanwhile, Merry land High School will play Exodus College, St Mary’s Boarding School Kitende takes on Jinja SS, Nabisunsa Girls faces Gombe SS and Ndejje SS will play Wakiso zone opposition, Kisubi Mapeera.
